We are a boutique vacation rental company with knowledge and experience in real estate investments, renovations and management. All of our units have recently been entirely renovated and are located inside the Maya Condominiums.

We chose the Maya Condominiums because of its A+ location to what Arizona vacationers are primarily looking for. We wanted something that was walking distance to baseball spring training, restaurants, golf, and shopping. This area is ideal for what we wanted.

Further, we have lived, worked and played in Scottsdale for many years and as a result know it on an intimate level. This local knowledge allows us to better assist you in making your vacation rental the best it can be.
